Are TCN (third country nationals), getting First choice of doctors under the DBA (defense base act)? ARE THEY BEING TOLD THEY HAVE A CHOICE UNDER THE DBA, the RIGHT TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN DOCTOR?
Or are they being forced by AIG to seek medical through Tangiers International?
Is AIG to become the Judge and Jury on who gets medical treatment?
