CNA recently denied a bomb blast survivor screening for Traumatic Brain Injury. AIG has denied many contractors TBI and PTSD Screening.
Who gave them the right to make medical decisions for injured contractors?
Who gave the AOLJ’s and the benefit review boards the right to determine whether or not contractors were suffering from this signature injury of the Iraq War?
Why have these injustices been allowed to prevail?
