Blackwater Founder Implicated in Murder

Erik PrinceThe Nation

by Jeremy Scahill

A former Blackwater employee and an ex-US Marine who has worked as a security operative for the company have made a series of explosive allegations in sworn statements filed on August 3 in federal court in Virginia. The two men claim that the company’s owner, Erik Prince, may have murdered or facilitated the murder of individuals who were cooperating with federal authorities investigating the company. The former employee also alleges that Prince “views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe,” and that Prince’s companies “encouraged and rewarded the destruction of Iraqi life.”

In their testimony, both men also allege that Blackwater was smuggling weapons into Iraq. One of the men alleges that Prince turned a profit by transporting “illegal” or “unlawful” weapons into the country on Prince’s private planes. They also charge that Prince and other Blackwater executives destroyed incriminating videos, emails and other documents and have intentionally deceived the US State Department and other federal agencies. The identities of the two individuals were sealed out of concerns for their safety.

These allegations, and a series of other charges, are contained in sworn affidavits, given under penalty of perjury, filed late at night on August 3 in the Eastern District of Virginia as part of a seventy-page motion by lawyers for Iraqi civilians suing Blackwater for alleged war crimes and other misconduct. Susan Burke, a private attorney working in conjunction with the Center for Constitutional Rights, is suing Blackwater in five separate civil cases filed in the Washington, DC, area. They were recently consolidated before Judge T.S. Ellis III of the Eastern District of Virginia for pretrial motions. Burke filed the August 3 motion in response to Blackwater’s motion to dismiss the case. Blackwater asserts that Prince and the company are innocent of any wrongdoing and that they were professionally performing their duties on behalf of their employer, the US State Department.  Read the full story here

I’m not psychic but the prince looks like a closet moffie, just check the pants’ fit and other cues.
Doubt if he ever had the guts to go the frontline, like the real Knights did, leading his fellow crusaders into and through battle.

State Department has renewed their contract with Blackwater alias XE early this year and since their job was to protect fragile diplomats in Iraq its implausible for State to claim that they were mislead because their staff were physically present for many years when these atrocities occured.

Better go lock my doors now, and NO my DBA blog friends, don’t ever believe it, I did NOT commit suicide.

I have had about enough of these jerks getting away with MURDER. When are we going to see justice served? The American people are not so stupid that they can’t see what is going on here. Hey, if it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck,………………..it must be a duck. Also I feel if someone is caught lying under oath they should never be able to testify again. I’m talking about supervisors, co-workers who purger themselves all in the name of company loyalty. What do these idiots think? Do they think that the company will be there for them? That the company will be watching their backs? Oh yeah, the company will have their backs, they will send them hunting with Dick Chaney.

  3. What ever happened to “Presuption of Innocense?”

These people have an excellent reputation and service record. NEVER has anyone in their care been injured or wounded.

Perhaps more of the truck drivers in Iraq would be alive today if they had had Blackwater guarding them instead of the Army!

I think this is a crock of crap. probably brought by one of their competetors.

These allegations sound seriously eronious to me.
Someone wants everyone to think these guys are out to kill all of the Iraqi population. That’s just plain stupid!

I think people need to pay attention to WHO these witnesses are and their affiliation to other organizations such as Al-Qeada and other terrorist organizations. Or if it’s just that they’re Muslim and want to discredit ALL American contractors in the region.

Don’t forget how many Iraqi and Iranian doctors are treating American Veterans and the ones just a year ago in London that were arrested for plotting to kill British civillians.

What better way to form a cell than by doctors suposedly there to help?

I believe there were nine DOCTORS that were arrested by Brittish authorities that were planning to KILL PEOPLE. They are TERRORISTS.

These are the same people that took the Hippocratic Oath to “DO NO HARM.”

Walk a mile in thier shoes before you try to judge them. Those who haven’t been there have no idea what they are talking about. They cannot possibly
have a clue what that life entails.

God will be the judge. I wonder just how many Iraqi’s will step up to testify?

Remember the drug dealer that testified against the Border Patrol agents Campeon and Ramos?

he was a Mexican drug dealer. But, of course, our government protected the Drug dealer instead of the law Enforcement Officers that risked their lives each and every day to protect US!

This has exactly the same foul smell to it, to me.

That’s just my opinion. You form your own.
I’m on the side of the Americans serving all throughout
the Theater of Operations. No matter for which company they work.

Why is it that no one comments on the autrocities committed by our enemies there? They torture, and I don’t mean “water-boarding”, I mean REAL torture.
They chop off hands and heads, they drill holes in people with drills. What about that?

I guess the world is alright with that. As long as they aren’t AMERICANS!!!
