Clement Kennington and Lee Romero of Covington are a tie for the worst and most corrupt.
On their heels follow Rossenow also of Covington and Jennifer Gee from San Fransisco, Bullard also features for low IQ. There are several others (ALJ administrative law drones) for the most obtuse award but at least they are just plain stupid, not mendacious as the ones above clearly are.

Jennifer Gee, it gets hot hot hot in Iraq in October as it did in 2006, just do a simple google search if you want to keep your job unless you have a golden parachute lined up with AIG already in exchange for your treachery. The Marines are coming through with their data…..

  2. Here’s hoping we don’t have to sit on the evidence we have in some of these cases for much longer.
These cases can be opened back up when you can prove fraud.
It’s really a travesty for injured contractors to continue to lose their claims to Kennington and Romero.
Kennington’s disdain for the injured contractor is quite obvious.
Possibly he should recuse himself from claims where his former clerk is the one badgering the injured contractor, or at least not have her take him to the airport afterwards.
For Gee to get away with denying DBA benefits that premuims were taken for an employee working in the Green Zone because she was in the Green Zone still has me in awe.

Kennington, Kennington, that name just keeps popping up out of the dung piles of decisions we’re reading.
How about Kenningtons Follies, his own X Files page.
Can you all work on that?
